Providing nutritious food to families in need every week. Our pantry serves over 200 families and partners with local farms for fresh produce.
Housing Assistance Program
Helping families transition from homelessness to stable housing through emergency funds, rental assistance, and housing navigation.
Job Skills & Training
Equipping community members with job skills, resume assistance, interview coaching, and professional development workshops.
Community Counseling Center
Offering free and low-cost mental health support, addiction recovery programs, and family counseling services.
Youth Mentorship Program
Pairing at-risk youth with caring adult mentors for academic support, life skills development, and positive role modeling.
Senior Care & Companionship
Providing home visits, meal delivery, transportation assistance, and companionship to isolated seniors in our community.
